You can file your first report of injury for a workers' compensation claim in three simple ways:

Submit your claim online.
Call the 24/7 claim intake line within 24 hours of the incident: 844-581-0828.
Email the claims team within 24 hours of the incident: claims[at]pieinsurance.com. In your email, please include the following:

The name of your business
Policy number
Reporting party's contact information (name, phone, email)
The name, phone, and email address of the injured employee
Date of injury or accident
State in which the injury or accident occurred
A description of the injury or accident

Date of injury or accident
State in which the injury or accident occurred
A description of the injury or accident
Police report, if applicable
Description of the insured vehicle, if applicable
The current location of the vehicle along with contact information if your vehicle is located anywhere other than your home or place of business

After you've reported a claim

Once you've reported your claim, we'll follow up with a call to collect additional details. We will determine if the claim is covered under your policy. If you need immediate assistance, please call 1-844-581-0828.

If your claim is accepted, your claims professional will explain the relevant coverages and benefits and address any questions you may have.
If your claim isn't covered, we will continue to work with you to help resolve the reported issue.
